Child friendly Package

One of the first things that always excites’ kids on arriving at Lokuthula, is the site of the Warthogs wandering around the grounds. If you get there at the beginning of the dry season you should also see quite a few piglets running around. Give your child a camera and tell them to take a picture of the piglets all standing together. That will be them busy for an hour!

Ever had a child frustrated at not being able to eat when they want to? Or are your children really fussy ( or even very messy ) eaters ? No problem at Lokuthula, with each lodge decked out and ready for the whole self catering experience, kids can eat and drink when ever time (and parents) allow.
Close to Lokuthula (on the same property) is what is arguably VicFalls’ most famous eating experience, The Boma. While The Victoria Falls hotel may argue that their High Tea probably deserves the title, I am sure I know which one kids would prefer.
Give yourself a break from cooking and spend a night at The Boma and enjoy the experience.

With everything from eating Mopani worms ( You even get a certificate! ) to face painting and watching traditional dancers, the Boma delivers a great meal time Experience. You will get the chance to taste a good proportion of the animals that you may have seen while on safari that day (including warthog) and it is all in a very informal setting.

Other amenaties for include a residents lounge with television, poolside informal restaurant, child minding services on request, childrens playground, trampoline and Volleyball court.

There is a free shuttle to Victoria Falls every 60 mins ( 2015, please check, this is subject to change ) and it is only a 15 min trip. There is market to walk around and enjoy and of course the magnificent Victoria Falls themselves.
There are well stocked ( 2014) supermarkets in town where you can buy pretty much whatever you might need for your self-catering lodge.
