Victoria Falls and Livingstone Flight information

KDR Travel use and recommend the use of the following airlines for holidays and trips to Victoria Falls:

Regular:
South African Airways
British airways

Please note that if you are booking your own flights and booking your hotel/ transfer/ activity packages with us, we recommend that you get to the airport 2 hours before flight time. If you are flying into Johannesburg make sure you have at least 2 and a half hours between landing and departure. This will give you a little time spare time to check in should your flight into Jo-burg be delayed for a short time.

When flying into Livingstone even if it is to transfer to Zimbabwe straight afterwards you will require a yellow fever vaccination. Although Yellow Fever is only prevalent in the very north of the country and is not considered a threat in the Victoria falls area, you still need to get either the vaccination or an exemption certificate. Should you be pregnant or have a medical condition which prevents you from taking a Yellow fever jab, you will need to get an exemption certificate issued by your travel clinic.
