Chundu Island Camp is situated about 21 km from the entrance to Victoria Falls. The island is over 1 km long with a beach on the West end and magnificent views of the Zambezi River. All 6 tents on the island are situated on the banks of the river and each tent has its own deck. The main lodge has a dining room, a bar and a lounge area. The island can be reached through hassle free transfers from Livingstone Kasane or Victoria Falls.

Accommodation:

Chundu Island features 6 tents along the banks of the Zambezi river. The lodge can accommodate a maximum of 12 people so the time spent at Chundu Island means exclusivity and personal attention to your requirements. The tents feature the following:

  • comfortable twin beds
  • large en suite shower and toilet facilities
  • private deck with views of the Zambezi river

Activities:

  • Game drives are conducted both morning and afternoon by 4x4 safari vehicles
  • cruising the Zambezi River by boat
  • Walking Safaris
  • Fishing trips
  • Botswana trips and any
  • Bird watching on the Island

Facilities:

  • 220V electricity is available.
