Modern conferencing facilities and equipment are available as are a host of sporting attractions very close to Victoria Falls.

The Board room has dimentions of 12 x 5 m. It can accommodate up to 20 people, cocktail party and Gala dinner set up. This room is situated in the main hotel complex, overlooking the waterhole and Zambezi River.
The Indaba Conference Room has dimentions of 11 x 9 m. It can accommodate up to 100 people in a cinema style set up, 40 people in a U set up, 85 people in a classroom set up, 45 people in a closed block set up, 55 people in an E block set up, 40 people in a boardroom, 100 people in a cocktail style set up and 70 people in a sit down set up. This room is situated 70 m from the main hotel complex.
The Ampitheatre seats up to 200 people in an informal seating set up and is situated adjacent to the Indaba Conference Room
There are two break away rooms available, the Library and the Mezzanine Lounge. Both of these rooms can accommodate up to 15 people. The library has dimentions of around 4 x 10m and is situated in the upper level of the main hotel. The Mezzanine Lounge has dimentions of around 4 x 8 m and is situated on the mezzanine level in the main hotel.
Additional equipment not listed above can be hired on a daily basis on request.
The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge Standard Rooms all have a balcony with a view overlooking the Zambezi National Park. The rooms are furnished with double or twin beds and have an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and mini bar. All rooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.
The Lodge Waterhole Facing Rooms have a balcony with a view overlooking the waterhole and the Zambezi National Park and are sunset facing and have a bathroom with a rain shower and mini bar.
Three of the Lodge Waterhole Facing Rooms can accommodate a roller bed for a child under 12 years of age. These rooms can be made up into a king or twin configuration. All rooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.
Duplex with entrance lobby leading into sunken lounge and balcony with a view overlooking the waterhole and Zambezi National Park. Sunset Facing.
Complimentary mini bar stocked with wine, soft drinks and beer. There is a a guest toilet off the lobby and open plan staircase leading up to the bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower.
All rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge. A roller bed for a child under 12 years can be prepared in the lounge of the suite.
Can facilitate meetings of up to 200 delegates. Facilities include a large conference room, a smaller boardroom, two breakaway rooms and an open-air amphitheatre.
Packages include room hire, standard equipment, morning and afternoon teas, a set menu or buffet lunch. Half day and full day options.
