Victoria Falls Safari Lodge provides an efficient and friendly conferencing service. It features two conference rooms, two breakaway rooms and an open air ampitheatre.

As an honoured guest, King Tshakas’s mother and her beautiful ladies-in-waiting will pamper you in an evening of tantalizing culinary delights. A formal African dining theme with colourful décor and linen. Dinner is served by our Nandi Queens dressed in bright traditional African dress. There is a selection of both local and international cuisine.

The Board room has dimentions of 12 x 5 m. It can accommodate up to 20 people, cocktail party and Gala dinner set up. This room is situated in the main hotel complex, overlooking the waterhole and Zambezi River.

Indaba Conference Room
The Indaba Conference Room has dimentions of 11 x 9 m. It can accommodate up to 100 people in a cinema style set up, 40 people in a U set up, 85 people in a classroom set up, 45 people in a closed block set up, 55 people in an E block set up, 40 people in a boardroom, 100 people in a cocktail style set up and 70 people in a sit down set up. This room is situated 70 m from the main hotel complex.
