About the Victoria Falls Safari Club
Located just 4kms from Victoria Falls, and situated within the magnificent grounds of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge resort, The Safari Club comprises 16 Club Rooms & 4 Club Suites.
Most of the rooms have identical layouts. The lounge, decorated in earthy tones with a thatched roof and leather sofas, leads out to the club’s best feature: an open-air restaurant and viewing deck which overlooks the game corridor to the Zambezi River and a vast expanse of unspoiled bushveld. Sunsets are spectacular. Warthogs and impala wander through the beautifully-landscaped grounds of the club.
The luxurious rooms have uninterrupted views of the unspoilt bushveld and spectacular sunsets. All rooms have three-quarter beds that can be converted into king beds.
There are 2 sets of interleading Club Rooms and 2 sets of Club Suites interleading into Club Rooms.
Club rooms have a complimentary mini bar which is re-stocked daily with local beer and soft drinks, house wine and bottled water.
Other facilities include digital safes large enough to hold laptop computers, international multi sockets, beverage station including Nespresso machine, LED lighting, gauze screens and sliding glass doors opening out onto a private balcony, complimentary WiFi, and air-conditioning.
The Club Suites offer the same facilities as the Club Rooms, but also include a spacious adjacent sitting room.
Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and modern, with whitewashed brick walls decorated with colourful modern paintings. All rooms are open-plan (no door to the bathroom), have terraces with sweeping views, comfortable beds and spacious spotless bathrooms.
The two-tiered swimming pool is set among beautiful gardens, with sun loungers scattered on wooden decking. Nearby are three waterholes that entice the local wildlife
Children aged 10 and over are welcomed. Some interlinking rooms are available. Local activities, which the hotel arranges through Wild Horizons, include zip lining over the Zambezi gorge, a heart-stopping gorge swing and elephant rides. Hotel pickup and drop-off is included.
The Safari Club has its own Club Lounge, and offers a butler-style service, complimentary afternoon tea and pastries served 15h30 to 16h30, complimentary sundowners and canapés served from 17h30 to 18h30 and a complimentary shuttle service to the Victoria Falls, town centre and markets. Light meals are available from 11h00 to 21h30 and bar service from 11h00 till late.

Built on a plateau overlooking the Zambezi National Park, the premium 20-room Victoria Falls Safari Club offers luxurious and spacious accommodation with uninterrupted views of the unspoilt bushveld and spectacular African sunsets.
The club is outside the small town of Victoria Falls but shuttles provide easy access to the town, the Falls and the airport. It is a 15 - 20-minute drive (13 miles/21 km) to the Victoria Falls international airport and 10 minutes (3 miles/ 5 kilometres) to the Falls themselves.
Dining
The club has an elegant restaurant focusing on fine dining with sophisticated dishes that include roast eland loin or gnocchi with charred corn and tarragon foam. Guests can also dine at Makuwa-Kuwa restaurant at the adjacent lodge or the lively Boma restaurant, which features an interactive drum show and a buffet including crocodile and warthog.
Breakfast offers an extensive buffet with delicious mango smoothie/yoghurt shots and an à la carte menu – but be prepared to wait a while! You can sip your sundowners on the viewing deck while watching the wildlife.
MaKuwa-Kuwa
MaKuwa-Kuwa has an elevated position at the Lodge and offers an international à la carte menu. This award-winning restaurant overlooks the waterhole, which is flood lit at night often attracting elephant, hyena, buffalo, jackals and other nocturnal species and birds. Open on three sides with a wonderful vista over the Zambezi National Park and sunset facing,
MaKuwa-Kuwa is a favoured restaurant in the Victoria Falls destination. Bookings are strongly recommended.

The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show
Located just 500m from Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show offers a unique Zimbabwean dining experience including traditional dancers, an interactive drumming show and mouth-watering dishes every evening from 19:00.
